Ulta Beauty in Tennessee seeks a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by guiding guests to meet their needs with expert product knowledge and exceptional service.

You will assist with makeup applications and demonstrations, book appointments for services and in-store events, maintain clean, replenished work areas, and stay informed about trends to drive prestige brand performance.

Formación

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrates passion for prestige products and guest service.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to prestige category sales and guest loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend complementary products.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events delivering guest experiences.
• Stay informed on industry trends and brand products to better serve guests.
• Maintain clean, replenished work areas and adhere to dress code and policies.
