412 Motorsport in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Paint Protection Film Installer to deliver flawless, industry-leading PPF installs for a range of vehicles, from partial kits to full-body protection. You will work in a professional shop with passionate teammates on high-end exotics, own your work, meet deadlines, and communicate timelines and concerns to the operations manager.

The role requires 2+ years of PPF experience, plotter operation, and familiarity with XPEL/STEK kits; certification

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on PPF installation experience in a professional setting.
• Proficient with pre-cut plotter/cutting machines.
• Experience installing PPF on full vehicles and partial panels.
• Familiar with DAP/plotter software and pre-cut kits (XPEL, STEK, or similar).
• Surface decontamination and prep before install; inspect edges and optical clarity.
• Ability to communicate status, timelines, and concerns to management.
• Experience handling high-value/exotic vehicles.
• Maintain tools and a clean installation bay.
• Stay updated on new films and installation techniques.
• Knowledge of safe work practices with chemicals and equipment.
• XPEL or STEK certification preferred.
