Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Texas Hold'em rules and hand rankings.
• Experience dealing poker in a casino or card room is a plus.
• Strong math and quick mental calculation ability.

• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage players.
• Impeccable attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deal cards efficiently and accurately according to game rules.
• Enforce rules and maintain a fair game environment.
• Calculate pot odds and payouts; manage bets and rake.
• Maintain table cleanliness and proper chip distribution.
• Address suspicious behavior and potential cheating attempts.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with floor supervisors and other dealers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
