MercyOne Genesis in the Quad Cities is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join a well-established practice in a full-time role. This position offers a competitive total compensation package including a $679k annual salary and a $150k bonus, with comprehensive benefits and a 403(b) retirement plan.

You will join another Plastic Surgeon and two APPs, engage in pre- and post-operative visits, and participate in a med-spa integrated clinic within the group, promoting leadership and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted Iowa medical license.
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt).

Responsibilities

• Provide plastic surgery services including reconstruction and cosmetic procedures in clinic and OR as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-operative visits with patients in clinic.
• Collaborate with Med-Spa and APPs to deliver comprehensive care.
