Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a highly skilled Pilates Equipment and Apparatus Instructor to join our Forbes Five-Star wellness team in Boca Raton, FL. This role delivers private and semi-private instruction using Reformer, Tower, Chair, and auxiliary equipment.

Qualified candidates have comprehensive certification, at least two years of apparatus experience in luxury settings, CPR/AED, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized program (e.g., Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Peak, Romana’s).
• Minimum 2 years experience teaching on Pilates apparatus in luxury, clinical, or boutique settings.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication, presence, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and discretion at all times.

Responsibilities

• Instruct privates and semi-private sessions using Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, and auxiliary apparatus.
• Must have Part-Time or Full-Time availability to build a book of business.
• Weekend availability in some cases.
• Design personalized programs aligned with guest goals, medical history, and functional needs.
• Provide biomechanically sound, safe, and progressive instruction for guests of all fitness levels.
• Educate clients on alignment, breath work, and core integration.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure continuity of care.
• Inspect, clean, and ensure safety of Pilates equipment before and after use.
• Collaborate with Wellness and Spa teams to create holistic guest experiences.
• Uphold The Boca Raton’s service standards through hospitality, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Attend departmental training, meetings, and scheduled events as required.
