Job summary

Boulder Country Club, a private member-owned club in Gunbarrel, is seeking a Part-time Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Train individuals and groups, develop programs, and provide exceptional service to a diverse membership.

Availability includes 6:30am and 3pm–6pm sessions; must enjoy working with middle/high school athletes and be a collaborative team player in a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple clients
• Nationally accredited personal trainer certification (ACSM/CSCS/ACE/NSCA/NASM) or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
• Minimum 1 year of personal training experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus
• Available for early morning 6:30am and 3pm–6pm sessions

Responsibilities

• Teach one-on-one, small group, and large group sessions
• Develop and guide personalized fitness plans
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication
• Collaborate with colleagues to support member goals
