Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking motivated part-time personal trainers in Woodbury, NJ to design personalized programs, conduct fitness assessments, and deliver top-tier service on the gym floor. You will build a client base, promote Edge programs, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Qualified candidates are CPT-certified with CPR/AED, demonstrate energy and professionalism, and possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CPT certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NSCA) within 6 months of hire.
• CPR/AED certified; specialty certifications a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver safe, motivating, and results-driven personal training programs tailored to each client’s goals
• Conduct fitness consultations, assessments, and goal-setting sessions for new clients
• Maintain accurate client records and provide top-notch service on the gym floor
• Build and maintain a personal training client base to help grow the business
• Promote and sell Edge Fitness programs, services, and products
• Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and session goals
