Job summary

RSG Group's Gold's Gym in San Antonio seeks a dedicated Personal Trainer to help members reach their goals through personalized programs. You will educate on nutrition, cardio, resistance training, and class offerings, conducting fitness service appointments and maintaining a safe, clean workout floor.

You will report to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, contributing to monthly revenue goals and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized fitness game plans for members.
• Gather information from new members to understand goals and constraints.
• Develop individualized exercise programs aligned with member goals.
• Support members across fitness levels and backgrounds.
• Assist with exercises on the floor and demonstrate equipment safely.
• Encourage continued engagement through varied Gold's Gym classes.
• Sweep and re-rack weights to maintain gym standards.
• Help the club meet monthly revenue goals.
• Any other duties as assigned.
