Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification must be current.
• Minimum 1 year of coaching experience.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach 1-on-1 personal training sessions.
• Program safe, results-driven workouts.
• Educate clients on movements, recovery, and nutrition.
• Build strong relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized training sessions.
• Actively engage members on the gym floor daily.
• Convert fitness assessments into long-term clients.
• Track client progress and maintain a professional space.
• Uphold Gold's Gym brand standards in appearance and conduct.
• Communicate clearly and show up on time.
