Exos is seeking a Temporary Performance Nutrition Specialist to support the NFL Combine program. The role requires a Registered Dietitian who understands how strategic fueling drives elite performance and long-term well-being.

You will provide high-touch guidance to world-class athletes within a multidisciplinary team, connecting fueling to the weight room and the field. You will develop personalized nutrition plans, educate athletes and staff, and manage nutrition data while collaborating with

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian status is manda­tory.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition.
• 3+ years in sports nutrition (collegiate, pro, or tactical).
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Strong presentation and lecturing skills; translate science into behavior change.
• Self-sufficient, highly organized; travel for athlete support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external Nutrition Education Programs rooted in Exos methodology; ensure cross‑pillar integration.
• Collaborate daily with performance coaches, culinary and admin staff to maintain total integration.
• Develop nutrition plans and behavior modification protocols for in-person and remote clients; collect/analyze nutrition data.
