Job summary

The Ascendancy Group is seeking an Expert Intelligence OSINT Analyst in Virginia Beach to provide advanced open-source intelligence support to NSW intelligence teams. You will collect, analyze, and process open-source and classified information to deliver timely intelligence for planning, threat assessments, and mission execution.

This role requires TS clearance with SCI access; start date anticipated upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of OSINT/Digital Research experience.
• Ability to obtain/hold a TS clearance with SCI access.
• Experience researching, collecting, processing, and analyzing Publicly Available Information (PAI) and other data; synthesize findings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience across multiple intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT) and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prepare military-format correspondence when required.

Responsibilities

• RFI Production Support: research, acquire, process, analyze, and fuse data to derive usable intelligence; generate tailored products for the MSC.
• Operational Planning Support: develop data/products to support SOF planning; assist in creating OPLOGs, CONPLANs, CONOPS.
• Process Improvement Support: review SOPs and procedures; draft requirements for new capabilities.
• Training and Qualification Support: develop/edit training materials; provide training to junior analysts; define qualification standards.
