Job summary

CommonSpirit Health in Pendleton, Oregon, is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and to perform diverse surgical procedures including joint and hip replacements.

You will lead comprehensive patient management from consultation through aftercare, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or board eligible in Surgery.
• Oregon medical license and DEA certificate.
• Specialty training at an ACGME accredited facility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including scoliosis, fractures, and soft tissue injuries.
• Perform surgical procedures such as repairing bones, reattaching tendons/ligaments, and joint or hip replacements.
• Provide comprehensive patient management from initial consultation to aftercare and collaborate with specialists, physical therapists and other healthcare providers.
