Alliance Homecare seeks a Clinical Sales Director of Nursing Operations – NJ to launch and scale the New Jersey market. You will build trusted partnerships with top hospitals, recruit and develop a high-performing team of RNs and LPNs, and own the client acquisition and care oversight from engagement to case start.

Qualifications

• BSN required; advanced degree preferred.
• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• 5+ years of hospital experience (ICU/critical care strongly preferred).
• Experience in private duty nursing or high-acuity home care preferred.
• Strong existing relationships within New Jersey’s healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Establish Alliance Homecare as a trusted partner to major NJ hospital systems.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of elite nurses.
• Drive client acquisition through relationships and reputation.
