Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• NCAA Division III playing and/or coaching experience.
• Experience with fundraising and donor engagement.
• Experience teaching activity-based courses or leadership workshops.
• Familiarity with performance analytics and scouting platforms.
• Commitment to inclusive excellence and student-athlete wellness.

Responsibilities

• Provide program leadership and ensure NCAA compliance.
• Schedule contests, practices, and coordinate scouting.
• Oversee budgeting, travel, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate recruiting on and off campus and manage rosters.
• Enhance student-athlete experience, wellness, and academic success.
• Engage with alumni, fundraising, and community outreach.
