Job summary

WellSpa Collective is seeking a Stretch Therapist to deliver personalized, hands-on stretching care at our Vinings or Kennesaw locations. You will assess mobility, design targeted protocols, and educate clients on at-home techniques to improve flexibility and movement.

Collaborating with massage, acupuncture, and medical staff, you’ll contribute to a five-star client experience while maintaining detailed session notes across both sites.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Stretch Therapist or equivalent.
• Background in Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy or Yoga/Pilates instruction is preferred.
• Working knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury-safe stretching protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions for individual clients.
• Assess mobility, posture, and flexibility to design targeted stretch protocols.
• Educate clients on take-home stretching and mobility techniques.
• Maintain detailed, accurate client session notes.
• Collaborate with massage therapists, acupuncturists, and medical staff for integrated plans.
• Uphold WellSpa Collective’s standards for a warm, professional client experience.
