QXO is seeking a committed installer in California to install insulation and related products per orders and safety standards. You will manage loading, staging, and site setup while ensuring vehicle and site safety inspections are completed.

The role involves daily local travel to job sites, physical activity, and strict adherence to safety guidelines. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections; unload and stage materials safely at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns and perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
