Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role in the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging in-home presentations, with a fast track to leadership through elite training.

Expect substantial earnings with a 70% upfront advance, no cap on commissions, weekly pay, and robust benefits after 30 days. Training is paid, and a flexible schedule supports local appointments based on where you live.
