Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national or international accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1–3 years of in-home personal training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home training at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces.
• Design and implement personalized workout programs based on initial assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure client safety; modify as needed.
• Reassess client progress every 4–6 weeks; maintain scheduling and notes.
