Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. Join a team that values expertise, flexibility, and professional growth.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, you will design customized programs, use the Svetness App for session notes, and build lasting client relationships while maintaining a flexible schedule and commuting up to 45 minutes.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by a recognized body (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date.
• High school diploma or GED with 1-3 years of PT experience.
• Strong communication in spoken and written form.
• Basic nutrition knowledge for healthy living.
• Familiarity with a variety of equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Possession of basic personal training equipment; clients may lack equipment.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction in clients' homes or outdoor spaces.
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct technique with modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Able to offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Able to commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
