Job summary

A personal training company is seeking dedicated Certified Personal Trainers to provide personalized fitness instruction. Trainers will customize workout programs for clients in their homes and must have NCCA-accredited certification as well as CPR/AED certification. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and access to a supportive environment focused on professional growth and client success, working collaboratively to create positive fitness experiences.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• Current CPR/AED certification to ensure client safety.
• Reliable transportation to commute to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction.
• Customize client workout programs based on the Initial Assessment.
• Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
