Qualifications

• 1-3 years of personal training experience is required.
• CPR/AED certification to ensure client safety.
• Ability to lift and perform athletic duties involving up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs based on initial assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
