Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences for clients in their homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces in the United States. You’ll join a dynamic team that values flexibility and professional growth, with support from a concierge team and a dedicated app for tracking progress.

Train clients with individualized programs, use the Svetness App for session notes, and adapt sessions to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainer credential from a recognized body.
• CPR/AED certification up to date and valid.
• High school diploma or GED plus personal training experience is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic nutrition knowledge and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of fitness equipment and training methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples training in clients' homes or outdoor spaces.
• Customize workout programs from initial assessments.
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, with modifications as needed.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks and update plans.
• Maintain scheduling and accommodate flexible client appointments; travel up to 45 minutes.
