Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is hiring dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will customize programs from assessments, track progress via the Svetness App, and ensure proper technique during sessions.

This role emphasizes flexibility, travel within a 45-minute radius, and ongoing support with education resources. A CPT credential, CPR/AED, and a HS diploma or GED with 1–3 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer credential from an accredited body (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date for client safety.
• HS diploma or GED with 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Fitness expertise across a variety of equipment and methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction at clients’ homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoor spaces.
• Customize workout programs from initial assessment.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Manage and maintain client session appointments via Svetness scheduling.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate clients.
• Travel to client sessions within a 45-minute radius.
