Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes or nearby locations. Trainers enjoy flexible scheduling, no non-compete, and support through a dedicated client concierge.

Earn between $25 and $45 per hour with bonuses and growth opportunities, plus liability insurance and a supportive Svetness App to track progress and communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Personal basic training equipment may be required to assist clients when equipment isn't available.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs based on the Initial Assessment.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for all sessions, including programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with or without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Commit to commuting to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
