Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national certification (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification current.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and methods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment; clients may not have equipment.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in client homes, apartments, or outdoors.
• Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment.
• Utilize Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with/without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Be able to commute to/from sessions within 45 minutes.
