Job summary

Svetness Corporate is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness experiences at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design programs from initial assessments, track progress with the Svetness App, and adapt sessions to individual goals while maintaining a flexible schedule.

The role requires a certified trainer with CPR/AED, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with clients in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accreditation required (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years personal training experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients in home or gym settings.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes or designated spaces.
• Create and update client workout programs based on Initial Assessments.
• Use Svetness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Schedule and reassess client progress every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain flexible schedule and commute to client sessions as required.
