Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• 1-3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing athletic calisthenics.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction.
• Customize client workout programs based on initial assessment.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Ensure correct exercise performance with or without modifications.
