Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is hiring in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness sessions at clients’ homes or outdoor spaces. You will use the Svetness App to track progress, schedule sessions, and adapt programs based on assessments.

A focus on safety, client outcomes, and professional growth is emphasized throughout the role. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED certification, and 1–3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required for client interactions and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition to guide clients toward healthy choices.
• Extensive fitness expertise across a range of equipment and modalities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and demonstrate exercises with proper form.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to client schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or couples fitness instruction at clients' homes or outdoor locations.
• Create customized workout programs from initial assessments and track progress.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for programming, notes, and scheduling.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct technique with modifications as needed.
• Schedule and manage client sessions and reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
