Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor settings. You’ll design custom programs, track progress with our Svetness App, and maintain client relationships with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification ensures client safety.
• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic nutrition knowledge is encouraged.
• Experience with a variety of equipment and training methods.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing athletic calisthenics.
• Bring personal basic training equipment; some clients may lack equipment.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoor settings.
• Customize client workout programs based on the Initial Assessment.
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Able to commute to sessions up to 45 minutes.
