Svetness seeks Certified Personal Trainers to deliver personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will tailor programs, use the Svetness App for sessions and notes, and motivate clients to reach their goals.

The role offers flexible scheduling and support from a concierge, with client-provided equipment considered. Our team emphasizes growth, inclusivity, and real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by recognized bodies.
• CPR/AED current and valid.
• HS diploma or GED with 1–3 years of training experience.
• Clear communication in writing and speaking.
• Basic nutrition understanding for healthy living.
• Familiarity with varied training equipment and methods.
• Able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.
• Own basic training gear to assist clients as needed.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes or outdoor spaces.
• Use Svetness App for programming, sessions, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with/without modifications.
• Reassess clients every 4–6 weeks and maintain appointments via Svetness.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate client sessions.
• Travel to client sessions within 45 minutes when required.
