Qualifications

• Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.
• 1-3 years of personal training experience required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized fitness instruction at clients' locations.
• Customize workout programs based on the Initial Assessment.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintain client appointment scheduling.
