Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes or chosen locations. Join a team that values flexibility, growth, and client-focused outcomes.

You will customize workouts from initial assessments, utilize the Svetness App for sessions and notes, and help clients reach their goals with professional guidance and ongoing support. Training resources and concierge scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification current and up-to-date for client safety.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of PT experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; technically proficient.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Experience with a range of training equipment and methods.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.; capable of athletic calisthenics.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions; clients may lack equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design one-on-one and couples workouts in clients' homes or at alternate locations.
• Use Svetness App for programming, notes, and tracking progress.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain and manage client appointments through Svetness scheduling system.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate clients' needs; travel up to 45 minutes.
