Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design customized programs based on initial assessments, track progress with the Svetness App, and ensure safe, effective workouts that help clients reach their goals.

The role offers autonomy, a supportive team, and opportunities for ongoing education, with bonuses and continued manager support to elevate expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, in writing and verbally.
• Basic nutrition knowledge for healthy living.
• Experience with a variety of exercise equipment and training methods.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and perform calisthenics.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, apartments, gyms, or outdoor spaces.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with or without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
• Maintain and schedule client sessions using Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments.
• Commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
