Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer must be accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• 1-3 years of personal training experience.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes.
• Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment.
• Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks.
