Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks dedicated Certified Personal Trainers to deliver in-home fitness sessions across New Jersey. Trainers will design personalized programs, leverage our Svetness App for programming and notes, and help clients achieve fitness goals in-home, at apartment gyms, or outdoors.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer certification from an accredited body.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years PT experience.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of training equipment and methods.
• Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs and travel up to 45 minutes.
• Own basic training equipment may be required.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home or outdoor training.
• Customize workout programs from initial assessment.
• Use Svetness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments and flexible scheduling.
• Able to commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
