Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking motivated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness experiences at clients’ homes. Join a dynamic team with flexible scheduling and client-first support.

You’ll design workouts, demonstrate exercises, and track progress using the Svetness App. Travel to client locations is required, with support from a concierge team and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with accredited cert. (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE)
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic nutrition knowledge to guide clients
• Experience with diverse training methods and equipment
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes

Responsibilities

• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting as needed
• Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments
• Maintain consistent client appointments and scheduling
• Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute)
