F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential systems at our Sparks, MD location.

You’ll perform tune-ups, install components, and ensure all work complies with code while delivering exceptional customer service and reliability to a broad base of homeowners. Qualified candidates have 4+ years in residential HVAC, strong diagnostic capabilities, and a professional, customer-centric approach.

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• A passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license (21+).
