F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join its DMV team. With 4+ years of residential service, you will diagnose, repair, tune, and upgrade systems while delivering professional, friendly customer service and meeting code requirements.

Earn $80,000–$175,000 per year plus a $10,000 annual license bonus, plus the stability and growth of a well-known home services brand. We support your development with ongoing training and the tools you need to succeed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driver’s license (21+)
