Job summary

Merry Maids Limited Partnership is seeking diligent cleaners to service customer homes in Missoula, MT. You will follow Merry Maids’ cleaning procedures to ensure homes are left looking and smelling freshly cleaned, with attention to detail in every room.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, and the potential for advancement through performance-based opportunities. Flexible scheduling and training support are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive to multiple job sites as needed.
• Ability to withstand regular exposure to cleaning products, dust, and pet hair.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 20 pounds across multiple homes daily.
• Capability to perform wet-work on the knees for cleaning floors and surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean homes using Merry Maids’ products and procedures.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas per protocol.
• Move furniture as needed to access areas.
• Maintain clean office appearance and assist in kit refilling and equipment maintenance.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to team goals.
