Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strength training and conditioning programs for all school sports.
• Coordinate with sport coaches and athletic staff in rehabilitation and performance.
• Maintain the strength and conditioning facility and equipment; establish safety policies.
• Develop training plans aligned with NSCA guidelines and program standards.
• Collaborate with coaches to identify athlete needs and track progress.
