Job summary

Santa Incorporated is seeking a master-level Heavy Equipment & Fleet Diesel Technician to serve as the chief mechanical authority at our Redmond operations. You will manage complex mechanical overhauls, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance across a large fleet of heavy equipment and trailers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in heavy-duty diesel engine repair and fleet maintenance.
• Advanced capability to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of industrial hydraulic systems and Tier 4 emissions control.
• Ability to operate in varied weather and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Flexible hours with rotating weekends to maintain fleet readiness.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex diesel engines and fleet equipment.
• Perform teardowns and rebuilds on hydraulic systems and transmissions.
• Isolate and fix electrical faults and HVAC issues on site.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and real-world road tests under load.
• Maintain digital repair logs and coordinate with management on reports.
• Manage parts inventory and tool usage for efficient operations.
• Enforce OSHA and safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
