The role requires state cosmetology licensure, completed cosmetology training, and 1–3 years of styling experience. You will educate clients on LifeSpa offerings and stay current with trends while maintaining salon standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Completed Cosmetology school is required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a stylist.
• Cosmetology license in the state of work.
• Ability to perform various hair services and treatments.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and commissions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized hair services and treatments meeting clients' needs and expectations.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Maintains expertise in hair analysis, maintenance regimens and current trends.
• Promotes LifeSpa and Salon products, services and treatments.
• Remains current on certifications and trends in the industry.
• Maintains work stations to salon standards.
