Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, and makeup applications.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to store goals for retail and services.
• Demonstrate products and drive guest service experience through consultations and product demos.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance and professional appearance.
• Develop guest relationships and provide total-store guest experience with skin therapists and retail team.
• Adhere to policies, safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and service protocols.
