Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, haircutting, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, brow services, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets for hair services while delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about current industry trends, products and services to better serve guests; maintain compliance with procedures and safety standards.
