Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Elite Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services and products to create a total-look experience. The role supports the Experience Manager and focuses on performance, guest service, and adherence to procedures.

The position requires cosmetology licensing, strong guest relations, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Must have Cosmetology license.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed the weekly service sales and productivity goals for hair services; contribute to retail and service sales and guest loyalty targets.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and enhance the guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives delivering an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests; maintain attendance and store cleanliness.
