Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is the Americas division delivering Defense, Citizen Services, and Transportation support.

We are seeking an experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) to develop, implement, and oversee high‑quality training programs for Soldier performance across Brigade, Battalion, and Company levels. The SCC will ensure program quality, collaborate with medical providers, mentor fitness leaders, and manage data collection to optimize readiness while maintaining safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years SCC work experience within the last 5 years, or equivalent combination of experience/education/military background.
• Active certification NSCA CSCS OR CSCCa SCCC required.
• Active BLS or CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer strength and conditioning training programs compliant with NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC standards.
• Ensure program quality by adhering to Army BDE PD guidelines and industry standards.
• Participate in meetings with BDE PD and H2F Performance Team to discuss progression and feedback.
• Document and monitor Soldier/unit progression and suggest improvements to the H2F System.
• Manage equipment operations and report deficiencies to BDE PD.
• Develop training for Soldiers with physical limitations with medical collaboration.
• Mentor unit fitness leaders and provide injury-mitigation guidance.
• Collect, document, and report performance data as directed.
• Coordinate facility scheduling for approved activities and observe training events.
