ISI® Elite Training is seeking a Performance Coach for our Brookfield, WI location. Lead high-energy 50-minute team sessions, deliver elite coaching, and inspire members across all fitness levels. Must hold CPR/AED and CPT certifications, and be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• CPT certification from an approved organization is required.
• Ability to coach group fitness sessions safely and effectively.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute, high-energy team training sessions.
• Deliver an elite coaching experience during every workout.
• Motivate, encourage, and inspire members of all fitness levels.
• Ensure proper exercise technique and member safety at all times.
• Modify movements for injuries, limitations, or beginner fitness levels.
• Progress exercises for advanced athletes seeking more challenge.
• Create a welcoming, positive, and motivating environment.
• Build strong relationships with members and foster community engagement.
• Maintain ISI brand standards and culture.
• Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to lead each session.
