Job summary

solidcore is expanding and seeking energetic coaches to lead 50-minute, high-intensity, low-impact classes in a fast-paced studio environment. You will educate clients on our resistance-based machines, adapt to all skill levels, and embody the brand with motivation and care. Training is provided.

Availability includes weekdays and one weekend day plus holidays. Starting pay is $40 per class, with potential revenue share after 3 months and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior fitness teaching experience is not required.
• Group fitness experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to motivate clients across skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings and events.
• Learn new techniques and best practices from coaches and Studio Manager community.
• Interact with clients and the fitness community.
• Embody the solidcore brand and culture.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive fitness space for all backgrounds and abilities.
