Job summary

Acushnet Company’s Titleist brand seeks a Social Content Producer to bring golf-centric storytelling to life across social channels, leading the planning, creation, and production of short-form content, and traveling to events to capture behind-the-scenes moments.

You’ll collaborate with Tour Communications, sharpen performance-driven content strategy, and support video initiatives that connect golfers with the brand’s innovative equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional content creation, creative production, golf industry marketing, or athletics experience.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.
• Availability to work weekends, including coverage of golf events and tournaments.
• Strong knowledge of and passion for the game of golf.
• Exceptional video production, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, creation, and production of engaging short-form content for Titleist social channels.
• Travel to professional and elite amateur golf events to capture behind-the-scenes footage.
• Support video production efforts across Titleist brand initiatives.
• Partner closely with Tour Communications to deliver a consistent digital presence.
• Use performance insights to optimize content strategy and audience engagement.
