Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, Riverside, CA, is seeking a Golf Course Irrigation Technician to repair and maintain golf course irrigation systems and ensure optimum performance.

You will install systems, repair valves and sprinklers, test clocks and timers, locate zones, and perform pump repairs, while following safety policies to protect workers and the public.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with golf course irrigation systems.
• Strong work ethic.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Irrigation certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install irrigation systems and ensure that systems function efficiently.
• Repair and maintain valves, including quick coupler valves, trace electrical components, install and initialize clocks and timers, locate existing zones and valves, and perform pump repairs.
• Repair and maintain sprinklers, including quick coupler inserts.
• Adhere to the Company's safety policy and ensure that the public will be safe during irrigation maintenance or repairs.
